Quiet Luxury for
the Conscious Property.
Made-to-order, plastic-free guest amenities — built for the Northeast, not adapted to it.
For boutique eco-hosts across the Northeast and its hill-country neighbours, Climasoul Essentials is the made-to-order, plastic-free guest amenity partner that belongs to the region — crafted for the kind of property whose guest came for exactly this room, this view, this place.
From approved quote to delivered order, in twenty-one days.
The Signature Collections
Sustainable essentials that respect the environment of the Seven Sisters and Sikkim.

Twelve dry amenities — crafted from bamboo, compostable wheat, and jute.

The Opus Collection
Made in dialogue with the property — anything a guest touches, considered from material to meaning.
Begin a CommissionThe Terra Collection
Plastic-free personal care essentials crafted from renewable bamboo, compostable wheat, and jute.
Every kit is held in an Essentials Kraft 80 GSM pouch. Each one recyclable. Each one finished by hand. Each one carrying your property's name — the same standard that runs through The Carta Collection and, for properties commissioning something singular, The Opus Collection.
Some items belong outside the pouch — on the floor, in the closet, on the back of the door. These are made to order, in the materials your room asks for, and delivered through The 21-Day Process that governs every Climasoul order.
The Carta Collection
Circular guest stationery embedded with seeds — designed to be planted by guests as a living memory of their stay.
Every Carta item carries your property's name. The notepads. The calendars. The coasters. The paper bodies of the pens and pencils. Where there is a surface to print on, the property's mark goes on it.
What we change for you is the print, the mark, and where the item allows it, the colour. What stays as it is, is the materials — the same boundary that holds across The Terra Collection, and the same standard carried into The Opus Collection for bespoke commissions.
The personalisation does not stop at the product. Carta can be presented in a recyclable Kraft box, finished to match the occasion.
Carry the property name, build it around an event theme, or prepare it as a giveaway set — the box is tailored alongside the contents, so the first thing a guest sees is already yours.
The Opus
Collection.
Hospitality essentials designed in dialogue with your property — anything a guest touches, considered from material to meaning.
Some objects in a guest's room are commodities. The robe, the tray, the welcome card — these can be ordered from a catalogue.
And then there are the objects that belong to a property. Made from the soil it sits on. Woven by hands that live a valley away. Marked by a story the building itself is trying to tell.
Opus is the second category. Where The Terra Collection and The Carta Collection are productized standards a property can order off the shelf, Opus is commissioned. We listen, we design, we make. The result is hospitality essentials no other property in the world will receive.
Four steps,
considered.
-
01
Discovery
A conversation with your team to understand the property — its architecture, its guest, the story you want guests to leave with. No commitment, no charge.
-
02
Proposal
A design proposal outlining the objects we'd make, the materials we'd source, the artisans we'd commission. Costs, timelines, exclusivity terms — all on one document.
-
03
Sample
We produce a single sample of each object. You touch it, your team touches it, your guests don't yet. Iteration happens here, not later.
-
04
Production
Once the sample is approved, full production begins. Typical turnaround is four to six weeks — distinct from The 21-Day Process that governs standard Terra and Carta orders. Delivery is coordinated directly with your housekeeping or front-of-house team.
Tell us about
your property.
The discovery call is the only commitment at this stage. We'll spend twenty minutes understanding what you're building, and decide together whether an Opus commission is the right fit.
Begin a CommissionPartners in
Quiet Luxury.
A Northeast story, beginning in Kaziranga. Headquartered in Assam, we make for properties across the Northeast — from the forests to the hills — that want what a guest touches to belong to this region, not arrive from anywhere. That intent lives in The Terra Collection and The Carta Collection. Behind that choice is the impact it carries.
Three today, in Kaziranga. The work travels — made to order, across the Northeast. Every partnership begins the same way — with The Founding Decision that shaped this brand, and runs on The 21-Day Process that delivers it.
The next room could be yours.
Guests should feel the place they chose — not a room that could be anywhere.
Become a partnerHow a quote becomes
a delivered order.
The 21-day window is the most recognisable thing about how we work. Short enough to be a relief. Long enough to be honest about what made-to-order requires. Five stations — each one real work, not a diagram.
Quote approval
Your written quote, signed and returned, is what moves the order from a conversation into a build. Until then, nothing in the warehouse moves on your behalf. After it, every day matters.
Materials in motion
Custom items get configured. Branded pouches go to print. Items from The Terra Collection and The Carta Collection move on parallel tracks — slippers, laundry bags and the like are made and ready against the hard Day 14 deadline.
All materials at the Guwahati hub
By end of Day 14, every component for your order is at our facility in Assam — Custom, made-to-order, pouches, inserts, packaging. If anything is missing, it surfaces here. We have four days of buffer before assembly begins; we use them to confirm, not to recover.
Assembly and packing
Kits get built one property at a time. A small team works on a single client's order from start to finish — the same hands, the same eye, the same standard. These are the people behind our impact. The kits are checked twice: once at assembly, once at pack-out.
Quality check, final dispatch
By end of Day 18, your order is client-ready. The remaining days are for one more quality pass and for dispatch. We ship within Day 21, with a three-day grace window that we have rarely needed to use.
Written.
In.
Packed.
Absolute.
The process starts
with a written quote.
Request a Sample Box to see the work in person, or open a property inquiry to receive your quote.
For the people,
by the people.
We believe sustainability is not only about materials. It is about who makes the thing — and what making it does for them.
"A hotel's order is not just a shipment. It is a week of paid work for women in a village in Assam."
Everything we make is made here, in our own unit. Not placed with anonymous suppliers. Not assembled somewhere we have never been. The people who build your kits are known to us, trained by us, and paid by us — and most of them are women, from the communities around the unit.
An order arrives. Say ten thousand dental kits for a hotel.
That order is the signal. Local women come in alongside our team, are trained on the kit, and are paid the contracted amount to ready it. The order does not fund a donation. The order is the livelihood.
The impact is real because it can be visited and counted. A property can say, truthfully, that its amenities were made by women in rural Assam who were paid for the work.
No overclaiming. The model is the proof — and it holds at any size.
5,00,000+ kits shipped · 5,00,000+ plastic kits avoided · 20+ women in production
Since the launch of Climasoul, under Oakliv Eco India Private Limited. Plain numbers, not a score — each one traces to real orders and the people who made them.

Built for the region.
Not adapted to it.
Why we exist, who we are, and where we work.
"We started Climasoul Essentials because no one was making guest amenities for the kind of property whose guest came for the room itself."
In the Northeast, that mismatch is sharper than anywhere else. The traveller who books a homestay in a tea estate, a riverside cottage in Arunachal, a heritage stay in Shillong, or a forest lodge near Kaziranga did not come for sameness. They came for slowness, for material honesty, for a different sense of place. The plastic kit on the bedside undoes the room before the guest has unpacked.
The hospitality here is structurally different too. The buyer is more often an Owner than a procurement department. Quality is judged on a personal scale, not a tender scale. A delighted host tells five other hosts — our Partners in Quiet Luxury came to us this way. The market is small, networked, and word-of-mouth — it rewards depth over reach.
Plastic-free was not a feature we added. It was a decision we made on day one. The 21-Day Process was not a marketing target. It was the honest length of the work, written down. The Northeast was not a postcard. It was where we are — and where our impact begins.
- 01
We work to written quotes. Verbal interest does not start a build.
- 02
We hold ourselves to the four non-negotiables. Day 0 written. Day 14 in. Day 18 packed. Plastic-free absolute.
- 03
We respond to inquiries within twenty-four hours. Sample Box requests, the same.
- 04
We say what is in our kits, and what is not. Materials by name. No qualifiers.
- 05
Every kit is made to order. None of them sit in inventory waiting for a buyer.

1. About these terms
These Service Terms govern your engagement with Climasoul Essentials, a brand of Oakliv Eco India Private Limited, registered in Assam, India, with its registered office at Bijoynagar, Assam 781122, India. By submitting an inquiry, requesting a Sample Box, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders begin with a written quote
No production begins until a written quote has been issued by us and signed and returned by you. Verbal or informal interest does not start a build. From the day a quote is approved (Day 0), the 21-day production window begins.
3. The 21-day window
We ship within Day 21 of quote approval, with a three-day grace window. Delays caused by incomplete briefs, late approvals, late payment, or changes requested after Day 0 may extend this window. We will communicate any such impact to you.
4. The Sample Box
The Sample Box is priced at ₹1,000, payable by invoice after you submit a request. Your box is dispatched once payment is received, typically within three to five working days, through our shipping partner. The ₹1,000 is fully refundable against your first order, provided that order is placed within 90 days of you receiving the box; the refund is applied as a deduction on your first order's invoice. If no order is placed within 90 days, the amount is retained as the cost of the Sample Box.
5. Made to order
All items are made to order against your specifications and carry your property's name or mark, and are produced in our own unit. Because items are produced specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned once production has begun, except where an item is defective or materially not as agreed. Defective items will be remade or refunded at our discretion.
6. Pricing, payment, and invoicing
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise in your written quote. Payment terms are set out in your quote and invoice. We do not process card or online payments through this website; invoicing and payment are handled directly.
7. Materials and customisation
We state our materials by name and do not substitute them without your approval. What we customise for you is the print, the mark, and where the item allows it, the colour. The underlying materials remain as specified.
8. Shipping and delivery
Sample Boxes and orders are dispatched through our shipping and logistics partner. Delivery timelines after dispatch depend on the carrier and destination and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes on delivery to the carrier.
9. Intellectual property
All website content, brand names, and designs remain the property of Oakliv Eco India Private Limited. Artwork or marks you supply for customisation remain yours; by supplying them you confirm you have the right to use them and authorise us to reproduce them on your order.
